RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

Thank you for placing your order and supporting Mazrachi! We regret that for some reason you want to return your item. 99% of our returns are only if you have bought wrong size without consulting our size table.

In one liner Return policy is simple: Just return the item in same condition, same packing-please Items must be folded and repackaged neatly as to not arrive wrinkled.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Say you bought item on 3rd of February then you can return the item by 2nd of March)

Please go through our policy completely before beginning your return or exchange process. We provide free returns and exchanges inside the United Kingdom. We currently only accept returns for refund from overseas customers (no exchanges).International customer will pay for return postage & any clearance if your parcels stopped in UK customs.

For international orders, prepaid return labels are not yet available. Please initiate a return as normal. You will then receive an email confirmation that includes the shipping address of our warehouse. It is highly recommended you ship your international package with a tracking number.

Any return or exchange process can only be initiated via approval by contacting –info.mazrachi@gmail.com- just send us email in subject write RETURN +ORDER #.-(Please do not return anything without prior approval)

  • We will be very friendly in accepting your return and will send you return prepaid postage label:
  • Returns must be postmarked within 28 days of order date and must be unworn and unwashed.
  • If an item does not fit our requirements, it may be denied.
  • Once your product arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed (Please note, once your return is processed, we are unable to further issue any additional refunds)
  • When requesting a refund, the original postage will not be refunded.
  • You will be automatically refunded if we are unable to complete your exchange request (we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee if have limited inventory).
  • For any items that match the refund conditions specified in this policy, we will always refund the entire refund amount per product. If you change your mind about an item, shipping charges are not refunded. Please be advised that we have no control over exchange rates and that changes may affect your refund amount if you paid in a currency other than GBP.
  • If you have avail free delivery for orders over £99 (say £99 –this amount changes time to time) and then ended up returning 1 item which makes your order total below £99, then you will be charged £5.99 as standard delivery for sending your order-
  • We can only swap a garment for another of the same style and collection. (It’s our discretion )
  • Please contact customer service to make changes to your return request or to cancel a return.
  • It may take 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags –

Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be exchanged or returned. Damage, use, stretching, body odour, deodorant stains, scent, deodorising agents, pet hair, and other factors will reject an item from any request (we spend a LOT of time with our products... we know the difference).

To avoid arriving wrinkled, items must be folded and wrapped properly. DO NOT cram your clothes into a shipping bag or box without folding them. Consider using your dryer's fast steam refresh feature if you forgot to keep the garment from becoming wrinkled after receiving it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 working days.

If your request for an Exchange or Return is denied for any reason, our Support Team will work with you to complete a transaction for the cost of return postage to mail your item(s) back to your address.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info.mazrachi@gmail.com.

*Please note that CLEARANCE item(s) will not qualify for Exchange or Return, and are considered FINAL SALE at the time of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Item was not delivered:

If you have not received your item, please accept our apologies. This is unusual, and we want to get this resolved as soon as possible for you. You must notify us if you have not received your item within 21 days of receiving an email from us confirming that it has been delivered in order to claim a refund or replacement.

Received the incorrect item:

If you received the incorrect item by mistake, please accept our apologies. This is unusual, and we want to get this resolved as soon as possible for you. You must return the item in the same condition as when you received it and within 14 days of receiving it to obtain a refund or replacement.
