You can get the most out of your Mazrachi items by following a few simple instructions. Learn how to maintain their appearance and functionality throughout time.

If you are not new to using active wear, you should be aware of that you cannot treat any sportswear fabric like a towel or a bed sheet—these require special care to maintain their shape and colour, and we are completely opposed to the myth that buying a more expensive brand will last longer—it's all about how you care! All fabrics are different the more comfortable fabric created with most delicate process so it need different care- you might have bought some active wear from some market place and ended up putting in washing machine with all other fabrics, but that way you can ruin its freshness , colours & shape.

KEY TO MAINTAINING COLOR BRIGHTNESS

  • Before wearing, wash bright colours separately and according to the care recommendations.

(The ideal technique is to soak that active wear in a bucket of regular tap water (NOT hot water) for the first few washes, allowing the new dye colour to fade as it should for any new bright/ dark colour cloth.)

  • When wet, keep brightly coloured items separate from other fabrics.
  • So that colours stay bright and true, only wash them with comparable colours.

IMPORTANT TIPS TO CONSIDER

  • AVOID USING FABRIC SOFTNER; Most fabric softeners contain silicone, which can clog the fabric's microscopic pores and reduce its moisture-wicking ability.

Don't worry if you used softener by mistake to wash your Mazrachi gear; it's not a problem. Fabric softener tends to clog the pores of the fabric, making them less effective in wicking perspiration away. Wash your clothing without fabric softener again, and once the softener is washed away, they should revert to their usual wicking level.

  • WASH SIMILAR PRODUCTS AT THE SAME TIME. Washing your Mazrachi gear with coarse textiles like denim (jeans etc.), cotton (towels etc.), or anything with hardware is not a good idea (zippers etc.).[Use mesh washing bag / laundry bag for machine wash.
  • Don’t pull off ever any loose threads.
  • When washing your sports bra, remove the cups to help it keep its shape. Hand-wash the cups in cool or warm water before drying them flat.
  • If ironing is required, use the lowest heat setting and iron your clothing inside out.
