Shipping Policy
*We dispatch order next day of your placing order date-if you place order Monday we will dispatch on Tuesday- Also Express delivery not guaranteed for next day (even Royal mail special delivery is NOT guaranteed for next day on all UK post codes)
*Some places, such as Northern Ireland (BT), the Isle of Man (IM), the Channel Islands (GY, JE), and the Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands, may take 1-2 days longer to receive deliveries.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes or British Forces Post Office addresses
All orders are shipped utilising a trackable/signature service from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
To ensure that shipments are delivered to customer as promptly and efficiently as possible, we have chosen to use a tracked delivery service, but Royal mail don’t offer track delivery for all international destinations-in those circumstances we use signature delivery-
DISPATCH/DELIVERY TIMINGS:
The delivery times listed above are approximations, and deliveries may take longer at times. Please keep in mind that delivery time begins after the shipping date. It may take up to two working days for your order to be despatched during peak seasons. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday orders may only be shipped on Monday.
International orders: may take extra 2 working days to dispatch once we get payment confirmation from payment processor-
Please keep in mind that shipping times may be longer on Bank Holidays and Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc.).

IMPORT & CUSTOMS FEES:
We regret that we have no control over customs processing timeframes and, as a result, we cannot guarantee delivery within the above-mentioned time frames.
Once the parcel reaches its destination country, VAT and import charges may be applied. Unfortunately, Mazrachi has no control over these charges, and we are not liable for them; the consumer is paying for them.
Because we ship worldwide, if you can't find shipping information for your country during checkout, please contact us via our Contact Us form, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Please be advised that if you deny the customs duty and the package is returned to Mazrachi, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING INFORMATION IS INCORRECT:
If you give erroneous shipping information, Mazrachi will not be able to change the information once the order has been placed. It will be your responsibility to reroute the package to your correct address. We cannot be held liable for things that are lost as a result of an erroneous address.
